A fast-tracked extension to an existing Kmart store.
With a very quick turnaround required, this project involved extending an existing Kmart tenancy to include the neighbouring retail space. It included the removal of a fire rated structural wall and other interior changes, as well as the complete re-design of the building façade, shopfront, entrance canopy and signage.
