Coordination is so key in delivering successful pr

Coordination is so key in delivering successful projects. At RA we work in ArchiCAD - 3D BIM software. When modelling to a certain level of detail this means we can know exactly what goes where, and where potential clashes will be. We can import 3D information from consultants and see where there may be issues, and communicate directly back with views and models - a long way from redlining 2D drawings (although that still has its place!)

This is our Lower Saddle Passive House project, a compact and simple looking building, but there’s a lot going into it with prefabricated panels, windows preordered, plumbing, and a fully ducted ventilation system
.
Here we’re coordinating the 3D model of the SIPs received from @formancenz with further views of the structure and services within. More work up front means far fewer issues and solutions required on site, keeping cost and time down.
